What if I am not as fit as the others?

My fitness program is based on my knowledgable fitness instruction, nutritional coaching and motivational training designed to get you in the best shape of your life in the shortest, safest time regardless of your current fitness level. No camper will be asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely.

What if I cannot come everyday?

I know life is still happening and that some exercise is better than no exercise. So, at least do your best to attend as many as you can. You’re welcome to attend as often as you wish.

What if I am too busy?

To be honest with you…that’s BS after working tons of clients for more than 6 years I have found that “I don’t have time” really means “I’d like to procrastinate a little longer.” The truth of the matter is that you can make time if you really want to change the way you look and feel. Are YOU finally ready?

What do I need to bring?

I’ll provide equipment, motivation, and accountability. Just bring a water bottle and a towel there will be a whole lot of sweat! Be sure and eat something before the workout, DO NOT workout on an empty stomach.

What am I going to get out of doing this?

You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit. On average you’ll drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30 days.

Can I pay when I come each time?

Well, you want to exercise consistently, right? One motivator is knowing that you are paying for your boot camp workout. Each workout is intentionally different so its never boring and also to give you maximum results in minimum time; its difficult to describe a “typical day.” Also, most people feel some soreness for the first week or so, after that point, it is little to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you know you are improving!

When does it start and end?

Training By Tye Boot Camp is an ongoing program. You know it is a lifestyle change. Join for as little as one month or stay on board for the long haul like the majority of our members.

When will I see results?

Depending on your own personal fitness goals, body composition, and level of commitment, performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple of days. Visual changes can take from two to four weeks depending again on your effort level. It’s common to see someone drop 1-2 sizes within the first 30 days.
