This New Year Fitness and Transformation Challenge is going to be much more different than any other weight loss program or fitness program you have ever tried.

 

I’ve designed the program to overcome the main fail factor…YOU.

You can bring in your own team of 3 or I can provide you one.

The reason you’ve got teammates is because we as humans will allow ourselves to fail if it’s just about us. But when you throw another person or two in the mix, you push a lot harder because you don’t want to let them down.

 

The Challenge will be based on a point system. You and your team will accrue points based on various factors including coming to your training sessions, eating properly, getting stronger (specifically passing level test exercises), and of course fat loss.

 

If one of you does bad, it affects all of you. But it also works the other way around when you do good:-)
