Training By Tye
Athletes and former athletes, take your health and fitness to a whole new level with group and personal training by Tye. If you were the dodge ball queen in the 4th grade, the kickball king of the 6th grade, captain of a high school team, or college All-Star chances are you don’t have the body you once did. Whether you are looking for sports training, losing weight, or minimizing joint pain, I will create a program that best fits your fitness needs and goals for any age and fitness level.
All workout programs are designed for working within any limitations you may have. Each workout will alleviate joint pain that is common among former athletes, which leads to greater movement and a more energy filled enjoyable life.
We will train one on one at my semi-private studio in Rancho Cucamonga, CA or in a group setting sports inspired boot camp class. It is also possible to arrange for me to come to your home, office, or a nearby park.
