All the fitness training will be done in the Rancho Cucamonga gym. The workout classes are about an hour in length and held three times a week. Each class is a full body workout consisting of exercise circuits (warm up, core, strength, conditioning, special surprises and a cool down).

The training circuits we do in our Rancho Cucamonga gym include different exercises which prevents your body from reaching a plateau and helps your body develop specific adaptations from the different forms of training used – balance, flexibility, strength, conditioning, speed, agility, quickness, etc.

BUT THERE’S BAD NEWS…

I can only take 12-15 NEW people! We don’t have a huge commercial mega-gym, our Rancho Cucamonga gym is personal (translated small). This IS NOT some fake “act now” and then you see the same thing everyday for the next 6 months. There is a definite end date to registration, which is May 12th, and there is literally only space enough for 12-15 people in the gym.
