The Freaky Fat Loss 30 Minute Wicked Workout!

Training By Tye metabolic fitness is happy to announce our third annual Halloween Charity Bootcamp. The workout is 30 minutes for a suggested donation of $5 and all proceeds will go to the Camp Fire organization after school Hold On To Healthy Nutrition Program. You can find out more about the Camp Fire organization and the how they are a great help to our community by clicking here.

We chose the Camp Fire organization and the healthy snack program this year after reading an article about the “Scariest“ part of Halloween; it is likely that on Halloween the average trick or treater will consume approximately 177 grams of sugar.

The workout will be fun and just a short 30 minutes and it will be designed so that both novice and advanced participants can workout together and be challenged at their current fitness level.

What to Wear: Costumes are a must- they are your ticket through the door! You can be as simple or as elaborate as you want, but please remember you need to be able to move in it. If you appear without a costume, it is punishable by banishment into eternal fat-storing anguish!

What to Bring: Your own pumpkin! Smaller or less fit individuals should bring a medium sized pumpkin (8-10 lbs.) and larger or stronger individuals should bring a large one (15-20 lbs.).

We are anticipating a large turnout and we will be accepting people on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space is limited so purchase your tickets early.
